For those, who are interested, below are collections of case 'stories' in Psychiatry with questions based on clinical vignettes, followed by answers and short explanations. This may be useful practice for students on different walks of medicine.
They were collected for years and it is difficult to trace the origin some of them. We based the clinical vignettes on examination questions we used in Behavioral Sciences; undergraduate and postgraduate Psychiatry exams at USAIM (University of Seychelles, American Institute of Medicine) in the past.
We refer also to the excellent 'Lange Q & A Psychiatry' by Ivan Oransky and Sean Blitzstein. Also to 'Barbara Fadem: Behavioral Science', and many others of the available excellent handbooks.
The original questions were modified many times, most of them completely re-modeled.
Enjoy, if you wish at your pleasure.
